This session facilitated by Carol Scholes, from the New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre, is an opportunity for first and second year Mentorship Programme participants to connect with other mentors and mentees to refresh and share their mentoring experiences. You will hear how others are approaching their mentoring partnerships and collect some ideas to strengthen the benefits or overcome any difficulties that may have appeared. Carol will add new thinking and ideas for your mentoring partnership well.

This is a refresher training session for mentee and mentors who are currently participating in the programme or anyone who is looking to become a mentor next year. Look forward to seeing you there.

This is aimed at younger female dentists in their 20’s and 30’s to hear from and have the opportunity to talk with older female dentists about maintaining their lives, living their values while developing their careers, life experiences and tips. This will be a welcoming, intimate and safe, quiet space to listen and feel heard and we welcome you to indicate your attendance via the conference registration form.
