All cancellations must be in writing to Conference Innovators.
You may reassign your registration to attend a preconference course to another person at no charge. Please notify your change in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100 will be made providing notification is received by Friday 25 September.
After this date, preconference course refunds will be at the discretion of NZDA.
If you have accommodation booked at the Intercontinental Hotel - you will be subject to their cancellation policy. The hotel has a non-refundable policy if cancelled within 30 days of the preconference course.
If, for reasons beyond NZDA’s control or for reasons of delegate health and safety and restrictions implemented by the NZ Government the preconference course is cancelled your fee will be refunded in full.
