Dr. Riana Clarke qualified as a dentist in 1991 at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and has a Masters in Dental Public Health from University College Cork, Ireland. Riana has practised in public dental systems and privately in Ireland and the United Kingdom and worked for the Ministry of Health in the United Arab Emirates. On coming to New Zealand in 2004, Riana briefly worked for the School Dental Service, and since 2005 has maintained a private practice. Riana is registered in New Zealand as a Dental Public Health Specialist and is National Clinical Director-Oral Health at Manatū Hauora.(Ministry of Health) since 2016.
