Jason Whatuira is a Senior Consultant at Mather Solutions and holds a Master of Māori and Indigenous Leadership. He worked alongside the New Zealand Dental Association in the development and delivery of its Cultural Competence and Cultural Safety programme. Jason supports organisations across Aotearoa to strengthen leadership, governance and cultural capability by translating te ao Māori concepts into practical approaches that build trust, strengthen relationships and create culturally safe environments.
