Lon brings a strong clinical and commercial background. He began his career as a Registered Medical Laboratory Scientist, spending five years working in clinical laboratories, specialising in Diagnostic Genomics. He developed deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and clinical decision-making.

Before transitioning as a sales professional in MedTech, Lon worked in the biotechnology sector where he supported customers with complex technologies and solutions as a technical and sales professional. Lon is passionate about applying his combined clinical expertise and technical acumen to support healthcare providers in implementing effective infection control solutions.
