Matt Ensor

Matt Ensor is the CEO and founder of FranklyAI and is the Chair of the NZ AI Forum's working group on Large Language Models (ChatGPT). He focuses primarily on addressing the challenges facing organisations when it comes to engaging patients online, particularly those who are unfamiliar with technology or come from non-Western cultures. During his presentation, Matt will discuss how FranklyAI leverages culturally sensitive conversational AI to improve patient journeys.
