Matt is a Senior Associate that specialises in employment disputes and statutory liability, advising clients across a wide range of workplace issues from pre-employment through to termination. He regularly represents clients in investigations, mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, the Employment Court and the Human Rights Review Tribunal.

Matt has extensive experience assisting organisations with regulatory investigations and prosecutions, often resolving matters before charges are filed. Where prosecutions proceed, he represents clients through the District Court process and at sentencing.

In addition to dispute work, Matt provides front-end advice on risk management, health and safety management systems, and contracting arrangements between PCBUs. He has acted for clients across industries including construction, energy, manufacturing, childcare, retail and transport.
