Michelle Pritchard is a dental and specialist practice management consultant and founder of Aligned Business Consulting. She works with practice owners and managers to strengthen systems, lift team performance, and streamline workflows that support clinical delivery and patient experience. Michelle previously co-owned and managed two technologically advanced dental and specialist practices and now delivers CPD presentations and workshops across practice operations, patient management and systemisation.
