Dr. Rafael Calixto is a Specialist, Master of Science (MSc), and Doctor in Operative Dentistry from the School of Dentistry at the State University of São Paulo (UNESP), Araraquara, Brazil. He is a Professor in the Master’s Program in Rehabilitation at UCAM–Madrid, Spain, and has extensive experience delivering courses and lectures across Brazil, Latin America, Europe, and Africa.

With an active private practice in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, Dr. Calixto combines strong academic credentials with broad international clinical exposure. At this townhall, he will share his professional perspective while introducing Forma to fellow Key Opinion Leaders, drawing on his experience in restorative and operative dentistry to frame the discussion.
