Rebecca is a versatile and respected analyst and planner with substantial health sector knowledge, experience and networks. Her work includes needs assessments, service planning and reviews, modelling, business cases, monitoring and evaluation. Rebecca enjoys partnering with others and applying her skills to help achieve equitable population outcomes.

Rebecca has spent the last 20 years working in the New Zealand health sector. Most of that time was in district health boards and she also worked in Manatū Hauora’s Public Health Intelligence group. Since joining Sapere in 2016 Rebecca has completed a range of consulting assignments for district health boards/Health New Zealand, NGOs and central agencies. She is called upon to undertake quality assurance and peer review processes and has sat on technical advisory groups.
