About the course

Being efficient and predictable with composite resin is a must for any practicing clinician.

Additionally, direct composites provide functional long lasting and aesthetically pleasing results in the most conservative fashion.

Understand the materials and learn simple systems for the efficient placement of direct composites, restoring teeth to their natural form and function in a predictable manner.

This session will be lecture-style, with a combination of presentation and demonstration.

Hands-on workshop [LIMITED SPACES]
This practical hands-on workshop will allow you to use your newly learned techniques to perform anterior and posterior restorations on realistic typodont models.

About the presenter

Dr Dylan Yung graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1992. He was a founding member of the NZ Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and maintains a private practice in Newmarket, Auckland, with a focus on reconstructive & aesthetic dentistry.

Dr Yung brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his extensive training abroad at the Fahl Centre for Aesthetic Dentistry (Brazil), the Kois Center, UCLA & the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (USA) where he has also served as a clinical instructor. He has conducted numerous seminars and workshops both nationally and internationally lecturing on the latest aspects of cosmetic dentistry.
