Isabelle Kwek

Isabelle is an associate at Wotton+Kearney and has experience in handling a wide range of claims made against businesses and professionals. She has a strong focus on dispute resolution, having assisted with defending clients in court and tribunal proceedings, and other dispute resolution forums, including mediation and judicial settlement conferences. She has subject expertise in medico-legal law and life sciences, drawing on her experience and studies in population health and health systems. Misha and Isabelle presented at the 2023 conference on the Therapeutics Products Act. Both regularly provide health and allied health professionals and businesses with regulatory advice.
