Dr Natalie holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago and a Master of Science in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from Manchester University. Dr Natalie also holds a certificate in Economics of Healthcare and gained her Master in Public Health from Edinburgh in 2021. She is currently studying through Adelaide University for a PG Diploma in Forensic Odontology.
As a dentist, Dr Natalie has extensive clinical knowledge and experience and has worked across both the public in the hospital and for a Māori health provider, and in the private sector across New Zealand. She enjoys a variety of treatment experiences in general practice, and enjoys the challenge of calming anxious dental patients.
Dr Natalie also holds a number of professional appointments with key governing bodies such as the New Zealand Dental Association and the Ministry of Health. She is an active dental volunteer and an advocate for oral health and is passionate about enhancing the oral health knowledge and skills of caregivers in the community. Dr Natalie brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge as the NZ Colgate Professional Educator.
