Terms & Conditions
- All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Cancellations or reductions to accommodation made within 45 days of the Congress are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
- A credit card is required at the time of booking, and details are stored securely in our encrypted payment portal.
- In the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel may access your card details to charge the applicable cancellation fee.
- If you would like to request an invoice to prepay accommodation, please contact sarah@conference.nz.
- If you are booking on behalf of a delegate and would like the accommodation charged to your organisation or to a credit card the delegate will not have with them, please contact sarah@conference.nz.
- If accommodation costs are being covered by a third party (e.g. a corporate travel agent), please provide a letter confirming which charges are to be covered and send it to sarah@conference.nz.
- If the online booking system shows your preferred hotel as fully booked, please email sarah@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates. The hotel may still have availability outside the dates held in the room block.
