NZDA Awards

Award and reward. It's time to think about our colleagues who deserve nomination.

It’s time to recognise more amazing contributions and achievements.

Be involved in nominating our unsung heroes with awards that acknowledge their contribution to our community. In August this year we’ll be holding the annual Conference Dinner and NZDA Awards. All NZDA members attending Conference will be provided a complimentary ticket.*

Finalists will receive extensive PR and social media exposure as well as recognition by their Branches, the NZDA community and peers. Finalists and award winners will have the opportunity to be formally recognised for their achievements by colleagues, industry partners and guests at the Conference Dinner and NZDA Awards evening on Friday 25 August at Takina in Wellington. The Dinner and NZDA Awards is the premiere event during the annual conference, hosted in Wellington 24 – 26 August 2023.

Branches are encouraged to consider nominating a branch initiative project that has had a positive impact in the previous year (Branch Initiative Award), a member who is an inspirational role model and ambassador for the profession (Colleague of the Year), and a young dentist member who has made a significant contribution to the profession (Outstanding Young Dentist Award).
