Grace is an Associate in the casualty team who regularly advises on professional indemnity matters against a range of professionals including healthcare workers. She has experience assisting health professionals in responding to disciplinary complaints before regulatory bodies, including the New Zealand Psychologists Board. Grace also advises clinical trial sponsors and their insurers in relation to civil claims brought by trial participants, as well as broader regulatory issues affecting healthcare businesses.

In addition, Grace has experience assisting insurers and their insureds in employment disputes and statutory liability. She assists clients in Employment Relations Authority proceedings, mediations, regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
